Who We Are
At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. So why work at Kyndryl? We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.
The Role
Kyndryl is looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of Kyndryl's platform for Agentic Modernization — the platform that enables enterprises to modernize applications, processes, and operations through AI agents and agentic workflows. This role bridges customer needs, business objectives, and AI technology capabilities to deliver a secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade platform for building, deploying, governing, and operating AI agents at scale.
This is a senior, cross-functional leadership role. You will set the strategic direction for the platform, act as the primary liaison between the platform team and extended teams (solution engineering, client and account teams, partners, and delivery), and be accountable for the outcomes the platform enables across the modernization portfolio.
What You Will Do
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Kyndryl's Agentic Modernization platform.
- Identify platform capabilities that accelerate the transformation of legacy business processes, applications, and workflows into AI-powered agentic experiences.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, developers, consultants, architects, delivery teams, and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, platform teams, UX designers, cloud architects, and modernization specialists to deliver platform capabilities and enhancements.
- Own product backlogs, release planning, feature prioritization, and end-to-end lifecycle management.
- Drive platform adoption by enabling the rapid creation, deployment, orchestration, monitoring, and governance of AI agents.
- Establish and track success metrics, including modernization outcomes, platform adoption, agent deployment velocity, productivity gains, customer satisfaction, and business value realization.
- Ensure enterprise-grade security, governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices are embedded throughout the platform lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the platform team and extended teams (solution engineering, client and account teams, partners, etc.), filtering and prioritizing incoming requests to the platform team.
- Mentor and provide direction to junior product management resources supporting the platform.

Which companies sponsor visas for product leads in Texas?
Several large technology and enterprise companies in Texas have established histories of sponsoring work visas for product lead roles. Dell Technologies, Oracle, Samsung Austin Semiconductor, and AT&T are among the most active sponsors. Austin's growing startup ecosystem, along with Dallas-based firms in fintech and SaaS, also regularly sponsor experienced product leaders through H-1B visa and other work visa categories.
Which visa types are most common for product lead roles in Texas?
The H-1B visa is the most common path for product leads in Texas, as the role generally qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a relevant bachelor's degree or higher. Candidates already in the U.S. on OPT or STEM OPT may find employers willing to sponsor an H-1B petition. Those with extraordinary ability in product management may also explore the O-1A. Australian citizens can consider the E-3 visa.
How to find product lead visa sponsorship jobs in Texas?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates searching for visa-sponsored roles, including product lead positions in Texas. The platform filters jobs by sponsorship availability, so you avoid listings that won't support work authorization. Searching for product lead roles in Texas on Migrate Mate surfaces employers in Austin, Dallas, and Houston who have a demonstrated history of sponsoring visas for this type of role.
Which cities in Texas have the most product lead sponsorship jobs?
Austin leads Texas for product lead visa sponsorship, driven by a dense concentration of tech companies ranging from established players like Apple and Google's Austin offices to high-growth SaaS startups. Dallas follows closely, particularly in fintech, telecommunications, and enterprise software. Houston contributes opportunities in energy technology and healthcare technology sectors, where product leadership roles with sponsorship are increasingly common.
Are there any Texas-specific considerations for product leads seeking visa sponsorship?
Texas has no state income tax, which influences how employers structure compensation benchmarks, but the Department of Labor's prevailing wage requirements for H-1B petitions still apply based on the job location. Austin's competitive hiring market means employers are generally more familiar with sponsorship processes. Texas universities including UT Austin and Texas A&M also produce strong local talent pipelines, so international candidates benefit from emphasizing specialized experience that distinguishes them.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored product lead jobs in Texas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
