Which companies sponsor visas for project management analysts in Texas?
Texas-based employers with consistent H-1B sponsorship records for project management analyst roles include ExxonMobil, AT&T, Dell Technologies, Lockheed Martin, American Airlines, Texas Instruments, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Large consulting firms such as Deloitte, Accenture, and Infosys also sponsor these roles extensively across their Texas offices in Dallas, Houston, and Austin.
Which visa types are most common for project management analyst roles in Texas?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for project management analysts in Texas, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, engineering, or information systems. L-1B visas are also used when candidates transfer within a multinational company, particularly in Houston's energy sector and Dallas-Fort Worth's corporate headquarters cluster.
Which cities in Texas have the most project management analyst sponsorship jobs?
Dallas-Fort Worth leads Texas for project management analyst sponsorship volume, supported by corporate headquarters for AT&T, American Airlines, and major consulting firms. Houston is a close second, driven by energy, petrochemical, and aerospace employers. Austin's expanding technology sector adds meaningful volume, particularly at Dell, Apple, and Oracle's Texas campuses. San Antonio sees activity from defense and government contractors.
How to find project management analyst visa sponsorship jobs in Texas?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international job seekers and filters project management analyst roles in Texas by visa sponsorship availability. Rather than sorting through general job boards and guessing which employers sponsor, Migrate Mate shows you verified sponsorship-friendly postings across Texas's major hiring hubs, including Dallas, Houston, and Austin, so you can focus your applications on employers already open to sponsoring international candidates.
Are there any Texas-specific factors that affect project management analyst visa sponsorship?
Texas has no state income tax, which affects prevailing wage comparisons since total compensation structures differ from states like California or New York. Employers in Houston's energy sector and Dallas's financial services cluster tend to have established immigration infrastructure, making sponsorship more straightforward than smaller regional employers. The University of Texas and Texas A&M systems also produce strong local talent pipelines, meaning international candidates often compete against well-qualified domestic graduates.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored project management analyst jobs in Texas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
