PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Experienced Project Scheduler with strong expertise in Primavera P6, critical path scheduling, project controls, progress tracking, forecasting, and schedule analysis. Skilled in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules for engineering, construction, maintenance, and energy infrastructure projects. Proven ability to coordinate with Project Managers, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, contractors, and other stakeholders to establish realistic schedules, monitor performance, identify risks, and develop recovery strategies. Highly proficient in Primavera P6 for developing baseline schedules, maintaining activity logic, updating progress, analyzing critical paths, performing schedule variance analysis, and producing management-level reports. Strong understanding of project controls and the relationship between scope, schedule, cost, resources, risk, and project execution.
Responsibilities

- Developed, maintained, and updated detailed Primavera P6 CPM schedules for multiple concurrent projects.
- Established project WBS structures, activities, calendars, relationships, constraints, milestones, and schedule coding in accordance with project requirements.
- Developed baseline schedules and monitored actual project performance against approved baselines.
- Performed weekly and monthly schedule updates using field progress, engineering status, procurement information, contractor updates, and project team input.
- Conducted critical path and near-critical path analysis to identify activities that could affect key project milestones.
- Analyzed schedule variances, float erosion, logic changes, and productivity trends and communicated potential impacts to Project Management.
- Worked directly with Project Managers, Engineers, Construction Managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to validate progress and establish realistic forecast dates.
- Integrated contractor and subcontractor schedules into the overall project master schedule.
- Developed three-week and six-week look-ahead schedules to support construction planning and execution.
- Performed schedule forecasting and developed recovery schedules when projects experienced delays or productivity issues.
