Overview:
Sure Steel is seeking a full‑time AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and deploy internal software tools, AI‑powered automations, and enterprise system integrations that streamline and elevate our operational workflows. Travel requirements are negligible, with occasional on‑site visits for user testing and rollout support.
Role Description
As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for developing high‑impact internal tools and intelligent automations that improve efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration across the organization. You will work hands‑on with stakeholders to understand operational challenges, rapidly prototype solutions, iterate based on feedback, and support successful adoption.
You will own projects end‑to‑end — from architecture and development to deployment and optimization — while ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy custom internal software tools that support operational workflows.
- Develop AI‑powered automations to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance decision‑making.
- Integrate enterprise systems such as ERP, HRIS, project management platforms, and other internal tools.
- Conduct rapid prototyping, gather user feedback, and iterate quickly to deliver practical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with field crews, project managers, and office teams to understand real‑world challenges.
