Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day construction activities and supervise field personnel.
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure their work meets quality standards.
- Implement project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work progresses as planned.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
- Experience with construction contracts.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Primavera P6, and MS Project.
- Familiarity with government contracting standards, especially FAR.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Familiar working on government projects (preferred but not required).
- PMP Certification is a plus but not required.
