ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule, cost, quality, and operational risks.
- Review contractor schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports for compliance with project requirements.
- Participate in construction and coordination meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Track procurement activities and long-lead equipment to support project milestones and critical path requirements.
- Assist in managing project documentation, meeting minutes, action items, and reporting deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with project safety standards, quality requirements, and client expectations.
- Support the continuous improvement of project management processes, procedures, and best practices.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-5 years experience in real estate development, construction, or design
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or related area strongly preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Data center, semiconductor or healthcare experience preferred
- Proficient in project management tools, project accounting, and construction drawings.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
