KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft and proofread legal correspondence, pleadings, and other documents
- Manage attorney calendars, court dates, and important deadlines
- Handle electronic court filings (e-filing)
- Coordinate client communications and maintain case files
- Provide administrative support to attorneys
WHAT WEāRE LOOKING FOR:
- At least 2 years of legal assistant or related legal support experience
- Familiarity with legal procedures and terminology
- Strong proofreading, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Experience with e-filing required
- A professional attitude and excellent communication skills
