Head Coach – Orangetheory Fitness Bridgeport, WV

Orangetheory Fitness Bridgeport is looking for an energetic, inspiring Head Coach to lead our coaching team and deliver world-class workouts to our amazing members.

This role is perfect for a passionate fitness professional who loves motivating others, leading by example, and creating an incredible group fitness experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach high-energy Orangetheory group fitness classes
• Lead, mentor, and develop the coaching team
• Ensure exceptional member experience and workout quality
• Support studio culture, member retention, and community engagement
• Assist with coach onboarding and training

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, AFAA, etc.)
• CPR/AED certification
• Group fitness coaching experience required
• Leadership experience preferred
• Passion for helping people achieve results
