Which companies sponsor visas for data analytics managers in Wisconsin?
Several large Wisconsin employers have established H-1B sponsorship histories for analytics roles. Northwestern Mutual, American Family Insurance, Epic Systems, Kohler, and Fiserv have all filed Labor Condition Applications for data and analytics positions. Healthcare organizations such as Advocate Aurora Health and UW Health also hire analytics managers and have sponsored work visas. Sponsorship patterns vary by year and role, so reviewing current LCA disclosure data gives the most accurate picture.
Which visa types are most common for data analytics manager roles in Wisconsin?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for data analytics managers in Wisconsin, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field such as statistics, computer science, or information systems. Candidates already holding L-1B or TN visa status may also be eligible depending on nationality and employer circumstances. O-1 visa classification is an option for candidates with documented exceptional achievement in analytics.
Which cities in Wisconsin have the most data analytics manager sponsorship jobs?
Milwaukee is the primary hub, driven by its concentration of insurance, financial services, and healthcare employers with established visa sponsorship programs. Madison follows closely, supported by the University of Wisconsin's research ecosystem and a growing cluster of health IT and software companies including Epic Systems in nearby Verona. Green Bay sees more limited activity, primarily through manufacturing and food industry employers with analytics needs.
How to find data analytics manager visa sponsorship jobs in Wisconsin?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international job seekers looking for visa sponsorship roles, and you can filter directly for data analytics manager positions in Wisconsin. Rather than sorting through general job postings where sponsorship willingness is unclear, Migrate Mate surfaces employers with verified sponsorship histories for this role type. This saves significant time for candidates on H-1B, OPT, or other time-sensitive work authorization.
Are there state-specific considerations for data analytics manager sponsorship in Wisconsin?
Wisconsin does not have state-level visa programs, so all sponsorship flows through federal pathways. One practical consideration is that the Department of Labor prevailing wage determination for data analytics managers varies by metro area, meaning Milwaukee and Madison positions will have different wage benchmarks than rural Wisconsin postings. The University of Wisconsin system also produces a steady pipeline of analytics talent, which means competition for sponsored roles at Madison-area employers can be meaningful.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored data analytics manager jobs in Wisconsin?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
