Role Overview
Exxon Mobil Corporation (“ExxonMobil”) is seeking to hire a junior or mid-level attorney with strong corporate law experience to join a team dedicated to supporting M&A deals and other strategic transactions. The position will be located at ExxonMobil’s corporate headquarters in Spring, Texas. - Experience navigating antitrust risks and other compliance issues associated with major transactions.
