Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class A CDL Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will safely transport aggregates, asphalt, dirt, rock, and construction materials to and from jobsites along with being able to jump in and help out with jobsite operations outside of the truck when needed. This position is 75% truck driver 25% labor.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A dump truck and trailer.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Transport materials to jobsites throughout the Willamette Valley.
- Secure loads and comply with DOT regulations.
- Keep truck clean and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- General knowledge of operating heavy equipment.
- Perform general construction labor as needed to support field operations, including material handling, site preparation, equipment assistance, cleanup, and other duties assigned. (Approximately 25% of the position)
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Current DOT medical card.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
- Experience hauling construction materials is preferred.
