The Front Desk Agent at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort is the first point of contact for guests and plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional arrival and departure experience. This position operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing a large number of daily check-ins and check-outs while maintaining a warm, professional, and efficient demeanor. Key Responsibilities

- Efficiently manage high-volume check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and speed

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
