As an Executive F&B Guest Reservation Liaison for the Bellagio, you will serve as the crucial, polished first point of contact for guests seeking to experience our world-renowned culinary portfolio. THE STARTING RATE: $24 Hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Serves as the face of Bellagio F&B, personally greeting, escorting, and hosting ultra-VIPs, celebrities, and C-suite executives upon arrival.
- Spends active time inside venues to master peak-hour pacing and table schematics, enabling highly accurate, real-time inventory decisions.
- Navigates BOH areas to personally oversee and execute highly customized VIP details (e.g., custom cakes, IRD amenities, rare wine pulls).
- Cultivates strong, in-person relationships with General Managers, Executive Chefs, Hostess teams, and Executive Assistants to seamlessly navigate last-minute operational shifts.
- Collaborates directly with VIP Services, Casino Marketing, and Concierge to align inventory and streamline the VIP guest handover process.
- Exercises independent, high-level judgment to prioritize, approve, or decline competing reservations for highly constrained, prime dining inventory.
- Strategically yields table assignments to maximize revenue during major events (e.g., F1, conventions) while protecting high-value casino players, acting as the final arbiter for escalated requests.
- Dynamically manages fluid, high-stress situations, including last-minute party size changes and unannounced VIP walk-ins, without disrupting standard service.
- Acts as the dedicated point of contact outside standard business hours to handle urgent executive and high-level Casino Host requests.
- Maintains exemplary grooming, polished executive presence, and sophisticated communication standards appropriate for direct interaction with ultra-high net worth guests and corporate partners.
- Manages highly sensitive guest data, preferences, and security protocols with absolute confidentiality while maintaining a bespoke guest preference database.
- Manages SevenRooms database accuracy and generates high-level reporting on VIP profiles and needs.
