Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Writer (Quality Control Support) in Andover, MA. Summary: This role provides non-testing support to the Quality Control team, focusing on product validation activities and GMP documentation. The Technical Writer will collaborate with laboratory SMEs to support method validation, data review, and lifecycle management in a regulated environment. Responsibilities:
- Author and maintain method validation and supporting GMP documents
- Partner with laboratory SMEs and cross-functional teams
- Support assay improvement initiatives and project timelines
- Use laboratory systems (e.g., LIMS) and standard documentation workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (Microbiology preferred)
- Experience with GMP documentation in a biopharmaceutical setting
- Strong technical writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of QC and regulatory requirements
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
