Entrepreneur Magazine’s #1 fastest growing franchise brand (#23 business overall), Stratus Clean, is searching for an ambitious salesperson to serve as Business Development Representative. This B2B sales-executive role will have the opportunity to learn and implement sales strategies for an innovative green commercial cleaning company while earning a lucrative compensation package.
Job Description
As a Business Development Representative for the #1 Commercial Cleaning company in the
US, your primary goal will be to develop trusted new business relationships while driving
both recurring and one-time sales contracts across a wide geographic territory. With
extensive training, strong support teams, and lead generation assistance, our Business
Development Representatives develop the skills to sell with confidence.
The compensation package includes a base salary and car allowance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the entire sales process, including prospecting, management of self-generated leads, proposal development, contract and pricing negotiations, RFP responses, customized presentations, and post-close implementation.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans within a designated geographic territory.
- Build and maintain consultative relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
- Stay current on industry and market trends.
- Continuously assess and report sales activity, pipeline development, and goal tracking through HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with Franchise Business Consultants, Office Managers, and the Regional Director.
- Contribute to a culture that values innovation, agility, and teamwork.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong sales skills demonstrated through experience or assessment
- Ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and door knocking
- Ability to build relationships and nurture prospects
- Ability to overcome objections and close sales
- Previous sales experience
- Previous B2B sales experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel throughout the Las Vegas territory, including extremely rare overnight travel for training and collaboration.
Compensation
- Base Salary range is $40,000 - $45,000 + uncapped commission + car reimbursement.
- Company cell phone and laptop provided
- Insurance reimbursement possible for right candidate if requested during interview process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
