The Role
In this on-site, hybrid technical and growth role, you will work directly alongside our operations and business development leadership to bridge the gap between computer science and commercial growth. You won't just run marketing campaigns—you will build, code, and automate the software infrastructure behind them. From designing custom AI lead generation workflows to developing our website assets and building client re-engagement pipelines, you will directly drive TruClean’s top-line revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
● AI & Workflow Automation: Build custom AI agents, web scrapers, and automated workflows (via Python, Zapier/Make, or APIs) to identify high-intent commercial leads and streamline sales outreach.
● Website Development & Optimization: Maintain, customize, and upgrade our corporate website to maximize conversion rates, speed, security, and mobile responsiveness.
● Technical SEO & Local Search: Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to ensure TruClean ranks #1 for commercial cleaning and restoration keywords across our target markets.
● Email Marketing & Client Retention: Program automated email sequences, newsletter workflows, and custom CRM triggers to nurture past clients, boost repeat business, and re-engage cold leads.
● Lead Generation & Data Analytics: Build end-to-end lead pipelines, set up tracking pixels/conversion funnels, and construct real-time analytics dashboards to monitor customer acquisition costs (CAC) and ROI.
● Social Media & Content Systems: Build automated social posting pipelines, assist in content strategy, and optimize targeted digital ad campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads).
Qualifications
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
● Technical Stack:
○ Web Development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, WordPress (or modern frameworks like React/Next.js).
○ Scripting & APIs: Python, Node.js, REST APIs, and webhook integration for automating sales workflows.
○ AI Tools: Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic APIs) or AI automation frameworks into business workflows.
○ Marketing Tech: Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Jobber, or similar), Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and automated email
platforms.
● Marketing Fundamentals: Solid understanding of technical SEO, email deliverability standards (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), and digital sales pipelines.
● Requirement: Must be able to commute daily and work 100% on-site at our corporate
