What You'll Do:
- Leads and manages data science teams and enterprise analytics projects.
- Defines data science strategy, technical roadmap, and project priorities.
- Oversees team performance, development planning, and succession management.
- Ensures delivery of scalable, secure, and ethical data science solutions.
- Collaborates with business and technical leaders to align analytics with strategic goals.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, computer engineering, or information systems and 7 years of relevant experience, or
- Master’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, computer engineering, or information systems and 6 years of relevant experience, or
- In lieu of education, 11 years of relevant experience
What You'll Bring:
- Demonstrated success in leading data science teams and enterprise programs.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with budgeting, resource planning, and team operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms such as k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, etc.
- Experience with distributed computing tools such as MapReduce or Spark.
What We Prefer:
- Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cloud AI services, MLOps, or other related technologies.
- Certifications in project management, agile delivery, product management, or management practices.
- Experience developing, evaluating, or integrating generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, natural language processing, computer vision, or predictive analytics solutions.
- Experience with AI model selection, prompt engineering, model evaluation, testing, documentation, risk assessment, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience translating business or client needs into AI use cases, technical requirements, evaluation criteria, and implementation plans.
- Experience with programming languages and technical tools such as Python, R, SQL, APIs, notebooks, version control, or cloud-based AI services.
- Experience supporting AI use cases for transportation, infrastructure, engineering, consulting, or public-sector clients.
