INTRODUCTION
The Vice President, Compensation & People Analytics is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and ongoing management of VNS Health's compensation strategy, job architecture, career framework, people analytics, and HR Service Center functions. Supporting an organization of approximately 11,000 employees, including a workforce that is approximately 63% unionized, this leader will play a critical role in modernizing foundational people structures and creating scalable frameworks that support organizational growth and workforce development. The Vice President will lead enterprise-wide efforts to redesign job architecture, align compensation programs to market, establish clear career pathways, optimize Workday compensation processes, and drive a modern, people analytics strategy. The successful candidate will be able to roll up their sleeves, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Benefits, Finance, and business leaders to bring greater consistency, transparency, and structure to workforce design and compensation practices. This position is focused exclusively on compensation, job architecture, workforce design, people analytics, and HR service center modernization.
