CitizenWorks wasn’t built to support the 2% of people who already get AI. It was built for the rest of us. The other 98% of people who are curious about it, who see its potential, and feel like they’re already behind.
We believe AI is a superpower and we exist to help companies learn to build with it, lead with it, and use it through practical skills, workflows and confidence.
Our solutions meet companies where they are by building the bridge between where AI is going and where the workforce is today. With a focus on taking the repetitive, soul-draining work off people’s plates, we help employees get back to the work they actually love.
Human led adoption. Capability over dependency. Process before technology.
If those three lines resonate, you already think like we do and you should keep reading.
Who We Are
Our founder, Jamie Christensen, started CitizenWorks on the belief that you don’t have to know how to code to build tools that work for you. We help non-technical teams across healthcare, legal, and trades stop drowning in repetitive work, by providing training and by building systems for them.
The thing we’re proudest of has nothing to do with revenue. It’s our community workshop series that takes the scariness out of AI for people who’ve never touched it. We strongly believe that AI is a superpower, not a replacement for humans.
We're innovative, fast, and genuinely easy to work with.
What This Role Actually Is
This role exists because Jamie is currently the bottleneck. She's personally hands-on with half the active client roster, and the company can't grow past her calendar. We'd like to fix that.
This role has two jobs hiding inside one title, and they happen in this order. First, you sit with a client's team and get to know them as people, building real trust before you ever touch a tool.
Second, once you understand how they actually work and where they're stuck, you design and build the solution yourself using modern AI tools, with engineering support quality-checking your work so implementation goes smoothly.
You do not need to be a software engineer to succeed here. You do need to be the kind of person who's picked up technical skills while doing a real job (project management, marketing, ops, design, customer success, etc.) and who gets genuinely excited about tools like Claude Code or n8n that let you build real solutions without writing software from scratch.
But the order matters: relationships come first, tech comes second. The technical side is teachable. The people side is not.
What You’ll Own
- Full client engagements from first conversation to delivered solution, it's yours start to finish
- Discovery sessions with potential clients that surface how a team actually works, not just what they say they do
- Designing AI solutions and automations that fit how people already operate, not the other way around
- Hands-on building with modern AI tools like Claude Code and n8n, with engineering support to QA your work before delivery
- Driving adoption after launch, because a tool nobody uses is the same as no tool at all
- Translating technical concepts into plain language clients can actually act on
- Tracking and reporting ROI: time saved, costs cut, headaches avoided
- Co-leading beginner AI workshops for clients and public audiences
- Helping build the playbooks and SOPs for this role so we continue to grow
Where This Role Can Take You
This role doesn't just exist to keep you busy with behind-the-scenes support tasks.
It exists because our founder can't work on the business and in the business at the same time. We need someone who is comfortable stepping in to lead client engagements end to end with real ownership that empowers CitizenWorks to take on more clients and get automation into more people's hands.
This is your shot to become a trusted adviser at a subject-matter expert level and shape how we continue to expand the company.
You’re the Right Fit for This Role If…
- You’ve worked inside a real business (PM, marketing, ops, customer success, design) and picked up technical skills along the way; you’re not a lifelong consultant whose only ever advised, and you’re not a software engineer who’s never had to sit across from a client and lead a conversation
- You’re genuinely good with people: You read a room fast, build trust quickly, and you can explain a complex idea to non-technical folks in plain language without making anyone feel small for not already knowing it
- You’ve used AI building tools, Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, or similar, to actually build something useful, not just talk about building something
- You bring the research and reasoning when you push back on an idea. “I just think we should…” doesn’t fly here. “Here’s what I found and here’s why…” does
- You’re comfortable owning a project end to end without a detailed playbook for every situation, and you improve the playbook as you go
- You show up prepared, professional, and present (yes, camera on for meetings)
- You don't just hand over information. You hand over a plan and then execute.
- You propose ideas to the team and run with them. You don't need the founder in the room to collaborate with clients and coworkers.
- You’re excited and stay curious about tools that change every few months and how to use them more effectively
This Might *Not* Be the Job For You If…
- You’d rather wait to be told exactly what to do
- You need a slow, methodical pace to feel comfortable.
- You’re more comfortable advising what could be done than actually building solutions
- You think explaining things simply means “dumbing” them down
- You need a fully built process before you can get moving
- You’re an engineer at heart who’d rather not deal with or communicate with clients
- You do not feel comfortable creating workshop materials or delivering them
What Working With the Founder Looks Like
Jamie tells you straight when something's working and when it's not.
She encourages respectful pushback on how things are done but you better bring the research or experience to back it up. "I just think we should..." doesn't land. But "here's what I found and here's why" does.
She's not looking for someone to micromanage. She's looking for someone she can assign a client project to and know it will be handled the way she would.
The more you own without being asked, the faster this company grows and we all win!

Architect Jobs in Nevada: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a architect in Nevada?
To become a licensed architect in Nevada, you must apply through the Nevada State Board of Architecture, Interior Design, and Residential Design. The path requires a professional degree from a NAAB-accredited program, completion of the Architectural Experience Program, and passing all divisions of the Architect Registration Examination. Nevada also accepts NCARB certification for applicants licensed in another state who want to practice here through reciprocity.
How much do architects make in Nevada?
Architects in Nevada earn a median of about $101,570 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $64,590 for the lowest 10% to over $161,080 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire architects in Nevada?
Nevada architect roles are posted by Booz Allen Hamilton, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and MGM Resorts International and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Las Vegas-based hospitality and resort developers are among the most consistent sources of full-time architect openings in the state.
Which Nevada cities have the most architect jobs?
Las Vegas, Nellis AFB, and Nevada have the most architect openings in Nevada. Las Vegas dominates because of its continuous cycle of resort, casino, and commercial construction, while Henderson has grown into a significant hub for mixed-use and master-planned development, and Reno draws demand from its expanding industrial, residential, and university-adjacent building projects.
Are there remote architect jobs in Nevada?
Yes, but they're rare. Architecture is a hands-on discipline that routinely requires site visits, client walkthroughs, and coordination with contractors, which limits fully remote arrangements. About 29% of architect openings tied to Nevada are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting limited but real flexibility. The portions of the role most suited to remote work include schematic design, drafting, and BIM coordination on established project teams.
How can I get hired as a architect in Nevada with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is applying for architectural intern or designer roles at large Las Vegas-based firms and hospitality developers while completing the Architectural Experience Program hours required for licensure. Clark County and the City of Las Vegas planning departments periodically hire entry-level plan reviewers, which offers structured exposure to Nevada codes and permitting. Candidates who enter through adjacent roles like CAD technician or project coordinator and who hold an NCARB-enrolled AXP record move into designer positions faster than those without documented training hours.
Where can I find and apply to architect jobs in Nevada?
You can find and apply to architect jobs in Nevada on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings across the state. Search the roles that match your license status, specialty, and preferred location, then apply directly to the ones that fit your experience.
