Experienced Auto Body Technician / Combo Technician
A- or B-Level | Full-Time | $65,000 Guaranteed Annual Pay | $100,000+ Earning Potential
City CARSTAR has served the Janesville area since 1977. We are seeking an experienced A- or B-level body
technician or body/paint combination technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and can consistently produce
50 or more flat-rate hours per week.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Guaranteed minimum pay of $65,000 per year, with opportunities to earn more through productivity
- Potential earnings of $100,000+, based on demonstrated productivity and the compensation plan
- 2 weeks of paid vacation, increasing to 3 weeks
- 7 paid holidays

- Steady, year-round work in an established, well-equipped collision repair facility
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform quality collision repairs on domestic and import vehicles
- Repair and replace body panels and structural components; perform welding and metal finishing
- Complete disassembly, reassembly, and repairs using OEM procedures
- Coordinate with estimators on repair plans and maintain strong productivity
- For combo technicians, perform refinishing work as qualified
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A- or B-level collision repair experience and a record of consistent production
- Ability to produce at least 50 flat-rate hours weekly
- Strong workmanship, reliability, and ability to work independently and with a team
- Valid driver's license; I-CAR training preferred
