Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
- Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Complete routine services including brakes, suspension, steering, engines, transmissions, and HVAC
- Use manufacturer diagnostic tools and service equipment
- Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and productivity
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and management
- Document repairs accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Technician / Auto Mechanic
- Dealership experience preferred (CDJR experience a plus, but not required)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ASE certifications preferred (not required)
