WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the EVP of Mortgage, providing insights, recommendations, and solutions to support the division’s goals.
- Lead the development of strategic plans and frameworks to guide the Mortgage Division’s key initiatives and growth objectives.

- Leverage data analytics to identify areas for improvement, make informed decisions, and track the success of transformation initiatives.
- Create reporting frameworks to communicate progress and outcomes to the EVP and other senior leaders.
- Identifies and analyzes quantitative data to assess program health and performance, and to define and implement actions to positively impact execution and performance
- Act as a connector between departments, facilitating communication and alignment across Product, IT, Compliance, Operations, Sales, and the Enterprise.

- Creates strategic focus on business readiness for transformation that identifies readiness gaps and improves stakeholder experience, aiding in strategic planning and business prioritization of transformation projects.
- Facilitates culture change through ongoing communications to partners and stakeholders reinforcing example and updating team and stakeholders on progress on key strategic priorities and initiatives
- Build and lead a high Champion a collaborative, innovative, and customer
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Business, Finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in transformation, change management, or strategic program management within the financial services industry, ideally with a focus on mortgage or lending
- MBA or relevant experience.
- Proven ability to lead large scale transformation initiatives and deliver results in a complex, fast-paced environment; experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Deep knowledge of the mortgage industry, including market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Strong project management expertise (e.g., Agile, Lean) and understanding of data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to distill complex information for senior executives.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative mindset.
