WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Strategy and Transformation Manager Mortgage Banking will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the EVP of Mortgage, responsible for driving key transformation initiatives, optimizing divisional operations, and ensuring seamless coordination across functions. This role will provide high-level support to the EVP, acting as a key liaison across the organization to implement strategic priorities, support executive decision-making, and foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within the Mortgage Division.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the EVP of Mortgage, providing insights, recommendations, and solutions to support the division’s goals.
- Lead the development of strategic plans and frameworks to guide the Mortgage Division’s key initiatives and growth objectives.
- Drive high
- Oversee the execution of the transformation roadmap, managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high impact.
- Establish program governance, monitor progress, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Establish and maintain operational structures, processes, and systems that support a more agile, efficient, and customer
- Develop and track performance metrics for the division, regularly reporting results to the EVP and recommending adjustments as needed.
- Leverage data analytics to identify areas for improvement, make informed decisions, and track the success of transformation initiatives.
- Create reporting frameworks to communicate progress and outcomes to the EVP and other senior leaders.
- Identifies and analyzes quantitative data to assess program health and performance, and to define and implement actions to positively impact execution and performance
- Act as a connector between departments, facilitating communication and alignment across Product, IT, Compliance, Operations, Sales, and the Enterprise.
