Blue Rose is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support federal programs in the Washington, DC / Rosslyn, VA area.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of business operations and technology, analyzing organizational processes, identifying customer requirements, and supporting the development of effective business solutions.
The ideal candidate brings foundational experience with ServiceNow and Agile methodologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements. You will help bridge the gap between current-state processes and future-state solutions while supporting mission-critical federal initiatives.
What You'll Do
As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will play an important role in aligning business objectives with technology solutions.
Analyze Business Processes: Evaluate organizational processes, systems, and business models to identify opportunities for improvement.
Gather and Document Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and document customer and business requirements.
Support Process Improvement: Assess current-state workflows and help define future-state processes and business solutions.
Leverage ServiceNow: Apply ServiceNow knowledge to support business analysis, requirements gathering, and technology integration activities.
Support Agile Delivery: Work within Agile environments to support project objectives and evolving business requirements.
Research and Evaluate Solutions: Gather, analyze, and synthesize business and technical information to inform project decisions.
Bridge Business and Technology: Support alignment between customer needs, operational processes, and technology capabilities.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with project teams and business partners to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively communicated.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience with ServiceNow.
1–3 years of experience with Agile fundamentals or methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes, systems, and their integration with technology.
Experience gathering, evaluating, and documenting business or customer requirements.
Ability to assess current-state environments and contribute to future-state process development.
Strong research, analytical, and information-synthesis skills.
Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Active Secret security clearance.
U.S. citizenship required.
Ability to work on-site in the Washington, DC / Rosslyn, VA area.
