The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Annuity Rate Setting team within our Consumer Markets Division’s Product Development department. This role is on-site 4 days per week and work from home 1 day per week in Newport Beach, CA, Omaha, NE, or Charlotte, NC.

The ideal candidate is organized, curious, dependable, and comfortable working in a quantitative environment. You should be willing to learn new concepts quickly, dig into details, and ask questions when something doesn't make sense.

- Help maintain and improve key business tools and reporting processes.

Entry Level Business Analyst Manager Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level business analyst manager job?
Focus on demonstrating analytical thinking and communication skills through internship work, class projects, or self-initiated case studies. Entry level employers at this stage look for candidates who can gather requirements, document processes, and present findings clearly. Familiarity with tools like Excel, SQL, or Tableau and experience coordinating small teams or projects gives candidates a meaningful edge over those with no hands-on examples.
Which companies hire entry level business analyst managers?
Companies hiring entry level business analyst managers right now include Capital One, TikTok, and Capgemini, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. A mix of large enterprises, mid-size consultancies, and growing technology firms tend to bring on junior candidates at this level as they build out structured business analysis functions.
Are there remote entry level business analyst manager jobs?
Yes, though on-site and hybrid roles make up the majority at this experience level. About 33% of entry level business analyst manager openings are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, so candidates open to flexible arrangements will find options alongside traditional office-based positions. Searching by work setting on Migrate Mate lets you narrow to what fits your situation.
Are these new grad business analyst manager jobs?
Yes, the listings here include new grad, recent graduate, and junior roles alongside other entry level postings. A new grad friendly business analyst manager role typically welcomes zero to two years of experience, accepts internships or co-op work as qualifying background, and does not require prior people-management history. Postings that mention portfolios, coursework, or training programs are strong signals that a new grad can apply with confidence.
Which industries hire the most entry level business analyst managers?
