Business Development Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
Position Overview
Clint Conrad State Farm is looking for a driven Business Development Representative in Harrodsburg Rd Lexington, Kentucky who enjoys talking with people, following a process, and creating new business. This role includes a base pay structure plus eligible commission or bonus, with clear expectations around outbound activity and follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and follow-ups to prospects and referral sources to build a pipeline of new business
- Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the agency system
- Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
- Participate in product training and licensing coursework
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we will train you
- Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication
- Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
- Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
