The Office of the CEO is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to drive exceptional employee and executive experiences through operational excellence, thoughtful program execution, data-driven reporting, and a commitment to unreasonable hospitality.
This role provides end-to-end coordination and operational support across multiple business programs, including employee engagement initiatives, executive logistics, onsite experiences, event planning, project coordination, research activities, and evolving operational priorities. Success in this position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to anticipate needs while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

As a Business Operations Coordinator , you'll have the opportunity to:

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage recurring operational programs across multiple business functions.
- Support planning and execution of onsite employee programs, leadership meetings, and executive events.
- Coordinate executive logistics while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Track program milestones, deliverables, risks, and follow-up actions to ensure successful execution.
- Collect, analyze, and report program metrics to demonstrate operational effectiveness and business impact.
- Maintain documentation, dashboards, project trackers, and operational reports.
- Research business topics, gather information, and prepare summaries to support decision-making.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend practical process improvements.
- Anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively resolve issues before they impact program delivery.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional internal customer service through a mindset of "unreasonable hospitality."
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high quality and attention to detail. Perform additional operational and administrative support activities as business needs evolve.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, program coordination, project coordination, executive support, event management, office operations, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze information and create clear reports and documentation.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting executive teams or leadership organizations.
- Experience coordinating employee engagement programs or corporate events.
