Hackensack Meridian Health, a leader in comprehensive pediatric care in New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Pediatric Cardiologist to join our dynamic team. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a collaborative, academic environment, providing exceptional care to a diverse patient population from newborns to young adults.
As a key member of our Division of Pediatric Cardiology, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of cardiac care for children through clinical excellence, education, and research. You will work alongside a team of renowned specialists and contribute to a culture of quality and innovation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Comprehensive Clinical Excellence: Deliver expert inpatient and outpatient consultations, perform and interpret a full range of diagnostic procedures, and ensure continuity of care through a shared on-call rotation and services at affiliated medical centers.

Collaborative Patient Coverage: Ensure seamless, high-quality care for our community by participating in a shared on-call rotation and providing expert consultative services at affiliated medical centers.

Strategic Program Growth: Collaborate directly with the Division Chief on strategic planning initiatives designed to foster the long-term growth and success of the Pediatric Cardiology service line.

REQUIREMENTS:
- M.D. or D.O. degree from a recognized medical school.
- Board certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics.
- Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Cardiology.
- Must hold or be eligible for an active medical license in the State of New Jersey.

- Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in relevant skills and competencies.
- Geographic Location: Cost of living and market rates for the specific location.
- Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty.
- Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits.
The final compensation and benefits package will be discussed during the interview process.
