Details
- Provide skilled nursing care to home care/hospice patients of all ages in their place of residence
- Morris County, NJ home care unit
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8am-4pm, 37.5 hours per week
- AM shift with no on-call responsibilities
- Travel locally between patient residences
- Uses Epic and Homecare Homebase software for charting
Requirements
- Active NJ or compact RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance
- 1-2 years of RN experience in a clinical care setting required
- 2+ years of home health experience in a certified home care agency required
- Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required, BSN preferred
- CHPN certification preferred
- Homecare Homebase software experience required
- OASIS experience required
- Proficient in wound care, wound vac management, foley catheter and suprapubic insertion, and PICC line care
- IV therapy experience and venipuncture skills required
- Cardiac and respiratory assessment and patient education skills required
- Epic EMR experience a plus
