- Active CA RN license required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience required

- Skilled in phlebotomy, IV management, and administration of blood/blood products
- Experience with peripheral IVs, central lines, and ports
- Proficient in wound care, ostomy care, and catheter management
- Experience with medication administration across multiple routes
- Skilled in OASIS documentation and clinical assessment

- Perform comprehensive in-home nursing assessments, care coordination, and patient/family education
- Develop and manage individualized interdisciplinary care plans addressing psychological, sociocultural, and lifestyle factors
- Foster collaborative relationships with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers
- Adhere to industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure quality patient care
- Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
- Returning staff must have been separated for at least 1 year to be eligible to return as a traveler
- Only one holiday will be approved for RTO during the assignment
