What You Will Do
- Perform repairs and maintenance with efficiency and accuracy
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Complete work in alignment with Stellantis and dealership standards
- Track time and document repairs for flat-rate production
- Conduct quality inspections, including road tests when applicable
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
What We Are Looking For
- Stellantis (CDJR) Certification - Required
- Experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume shop
- Own tools required
- ASE certifications a plus
