INTRODUCTION
Ascension Columbia St. Mary's is looking to hire a Chief Medical Officer to join our team!
LOCATION
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Eligible for an annual bonus incentive
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
How you'll make an impact in this role:
- Provide the overall clinical vision for the organization and oversees clinical activities and quality across the organization.
- Leads and implements the clinical direction for the organization.
- Oversees the monitoring, measurement and quality improvement of clinical care.
- Collaborates, develops, and leads the implementation of operational plans.
- Develops and implements strategic goals related to the quality improvement and management programs.
- Oversees residency program(s) and maintains a competitive stance in recruiting graduates of the program.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience:
- 10 years of experience required.
- 15 years of experience preferred.
- 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
