ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2002 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. After spending time as a stay-at-home mom, I chose to return to the workforce and build something meaningful of my own. With a finance degree and a strong business foundation, I’ve created an agency that values balance, flexibility, and long-term growth.
Community involvement is important to us, and we stay active in local events and initiatives that allow us to stay connected and give back. Our office culture is relaxed, supportive, and family-oriented, with a strong emphasis on enjoying the work while still delivering results.
For our team, we offer a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, quarterly bonuses, and quarterly team celebrations, along with an excellent work-life balance. While the environment is laid back and low stress, all roles do include sales expectations. We’re looking for team members who want to be part of a fun, supportive workplace and are motivated to grow, contribute, and succeed together.
