I opened my agency in 2002 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. After spending time as a stay-at-home mom, I chose to return to the workforce and build something meaningful of my own. Lisa Ramlow - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.
Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Prospect and connect with potential customers to expand the agency’s reach.
- Proactively generate and follow up on leads to drive new business.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of success.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
