Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and HRIS management. This role requires a proactive leader with strong communication skills and expertise in HR strategies to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure regulatory compliance across all HR activities.
Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including strategic planning and organizational design.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts through sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes utilizing ATS platforms such as Taleo, Workday, or iCIMS.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting employee evaluations, and facilitating effective communication across teams.
- Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing using systems like ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity, and manage workers' compensation claims.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.
- Administer training & development programs to enhance employee skills and support succession planning initiatives.
- Supervise HR sourcing activities including HRIS data collection and analysis for process improvement.
- Oversee performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Manage employee orientation programs to integrate new hires effectively into the organization.
- Lead change management initiatives and process improvements to optimize HR operations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on human capital management strategies and HR program development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, Workers' Compensation policies, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Workday, Ceridian, or equivalent systems like ADP or Paychex.
- Strong negotiation skills along with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience supervising HR teams or managing HR projects with a focus on process improvement and strategic planning.
- Ability to analyze data for decision-making purposes using tools like Kronos or other HR analytics software.
- Familiarity with various HR functions, including recruitment (ATS), onboarding, training & development, performance management, and employee evaluation processes.
Pay: $55,261.25 - $66,551.18 per year
