- Maintain compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal standards throughout all recruiting activities.
- Participate in training & development initiatives related to recruiting best practices and HR processes such as employee orientation, employee evaluation, and employee relations.
- Find solutions to attract the best people in a tight job market.
- Partner with local high schools and tech schools to recruit the best students out of each class.
- Develop key measures to help us understand if we are succeeding and to continuously improve our processes.
