Cher‑Make Foods is seeking an Administrative / Office Coordinator to perform a wide range of clerical, administrative, and customer service support activities. This role provides day-to-day operational support across office functions including accounts payable and receivable, production and inventory support, and general administrative duties, while serving as a key point of contact for internal and external customers.

What You’ll Do
Accounts Payable Support
- Receive invoices via mail or email and ensure proper documentation
- Obtain approvals and support purchase order (PO) processing
- Confirm merchandise receipt and reconcile documentation
- Submit invoice information to Corporate and maintain accurate records
Accounts Receivable Support
- Assist with customer invoicing and related documentation
- Receive and process customer payments as needed
Customer Service & Office Support
- Answer incoming phone calls and route inquiries appropriately
- Greet visitors and provide a professional, customer-focused experience
- Support Sales by assisting with customer orders and inquiries
- Provide timely follow-up and resolution to internal and external customer needs
Administrative & Operational Support
- Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems, including production and inventory
- Assist with inventory tracking, counts, and discrepancy resolution
- Provide backup support for purchasing and other office functions
- Monitor office supply levels and coordinate ordering
Mail & Logistics Support
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and inter-plant shipments
- Manage outbound shipments (UPS, FedEx, and postal service)
- Perform daily mail runs as needed
Additional Responsibilities
- Adhere to all Cher‑Make Foods and Lakeside Foods policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Work independently under general supervision
- Immediately report unsafe or potentially hazardous conditions
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
What You’ll Bring
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree preferred
- 1–3 years of clerical, administrative, or operations support experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
