Schedule Details: This .5 FTE commits to 20 hours per week, 2-3 full days per week 8-430p with an every other weekend rotation of Sat & Sun 7-11am scheduling. Holiday rotation required, though only work half day each holiday. This position is Hybrid with the opportunity to work from home weekends once orientation is completed. Office located at Riverwood in Pewaukee.This is not a seasonal or temporary position.

What You Will Do:
The Home Health Scheduler is responsible for coordinating all activities related to scheduling staff and patient assignments for ProHealth Home Care and Hospice. Specifically, accurate scheduling, registering and entering data of patient information into the Epic system.
What you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related scheduling and/or health care experience preferred.
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred.
