The Opportunity
This is far more than a traditional Chief of Staff role.
You will serve as the founder’s strategic partner, helping transform vision into execution while driving operational excellence across the organization. This position is designed for a high-potential leader who thrives on solving complex challenges, building systems, managing strategic initiatives, and creating organizational alignment.
As the right hand to the founder, you'll gain exposure to every aspect of the business while helping shape the firm's future growth. For the right candidate, this role offers a clear path toward a Chief Operating Officer position within the next two to three years.
What You'll Do
Strategic Execution & Leadership
Partner directly with the founder to execute key business initiatives
Translate strategic vision into actionable operational plans
Drive accountability and follow-through across organizational priorities
Support long-term planning and business growth initiatives
Serve as a trusted advisor on operational and organizational matters
Operational Excellence
Design and implement systems that improve efficiency and scalability
Identify operational bottlenecks and develop practical solutions
Build repeatable processes that support business growth
Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics
Lead continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization
Project & Initiative Management
Manage high-priority cross-functional projects from concept through execution
Coordinate stakeholders and resources to ensure successful outcomes
Establish project timelines, milestones, and accountability measures
Communicate progress and recommendations to leadership
Drive execution on strategic initiatives that impact firm performance
Compliance & Business Operations
Support operations within a regulated financial services environment
Assist in maintaining compliance-related processes and procedures
