Duties
- Greet patients warmly, assist with intake procedures, verify insurance, check patients in and out
- Support chiropractors during adjustments and therapy sessions by preparing treatment areas and ensuring patient comfort
- Utilize medical software to document patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and efficiently
- Assist with patient assessments by monitoring vital signs, explaining procedures, and answering questions about treatments
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in healthcare is highly desirable
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically across diverse populations including families
- Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and support various therapeutic modalities
- Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate patient care and maintaining confidentiality in all interactions
Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour
