Duties

• Assist in coordinating clinical trial activities, including patient recruitment, scheduling, and follow-up appointments
• Review and verify clinical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with FDA regulations and ICH GCP guidelines
• Monitor patient progress by recording vital signs, blood sampling, and other clinical assessments in accordance with study protocols
• Support data collection and management using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and CDISC standards for data standardization
• Conduct patient monitoring visits to ensure adherence to study protocols and ethical guidelines
• Review laboratory results and coordinate with clinical laboratories to ensure proper sample handling and documentation review
• Maintain meticulous records of study activities, adverse events, and regulatory documentation for quality assurance purposes

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree Required.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical research methods, and healthcare compliance standards
• Experience supervising or coordinating team activities within a research setting or healthcare environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting
• Familiarity with FDA regulations, ICH GCP standards, HIPAA privacy rules, and clinical ethical guidelines
• Knowledge of EMR systems, blood sampling techniques such as phlebotomy, and vital signs measurement
• Ability to review complex documentation accurately while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic statistical software skills for data analysis and interpretation in research projects
