- Anticipates management and department needs providing the appropriate support independently.
- Keeps accurate minutes of meetings and distributes per deadline.
- Maintains and distributes departmental calendars,
- Insures the office is safe, clean, organized, secure and presentable to internal and external customers.
- Looks for opportunities to improve the work environment.
- Files documents according to established process for retrieval and safety.
- Travels to assigned destinations for departmental business purposes.
- Orders, stocks, maintains, records inventory for office supplies, medical supplies, forms and equipment.
- Keeps all printers, copiers, fax and office equipment are stocked and user ready.
- Keeps all common working areas stocked with supplies, equipment and forms.
- Maintains performance, patient and employee satisfaction and financial standards as outlined in the performance evaluation.
- Performs compliance requirements as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Must adhere to the DCH Behavioral Standards including creating positive relationships with patients/families, coworkers, colleagues and with self.
