Position Description:
This hands-on internship is ideal for entry level individuals interested in sales, marketing, or community relations.
In this dynamic, people-facing role, you’ll represent the Lyte Fiber brand in neighborhoods and at community events—helping promote our high-speed fiber internet services. Interns will gain real-world experience in door-to-door sales, grassroots marketing, and customer interaction, while building valuable professional skills. This is a paid internship with hourly compensation plus commission opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Visit neighborhoods to promote Lyte Fiber services through direct, in-person outreach
- Communicate product benefits and help residents understand their options for faster internet
- Support grassroots marketing campaigns, including distributing flyers, posting signage, and local outreach
- Represent Lyte Fiber at community events, festivals, farmers markets, and pop-up booths
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to share field feedback and refine strategies
- Track activity and performance metrics under the guidance of a mentor or team lead

Minimum Qualifications:

- Reliable transportation preferred (but not always required)
