POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic partner to local leadership and a trusted resource for employees. In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR activities—including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, benefits, and compliance—while guiding leaders through effective people-management practices. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, highly organized, and adaptable, with a strong ability to navigate the dynamic needs of a manufacturing workforce. You will play a critical role in shaping culture, driving performance, and ensuring that HR processes and programs support both business objectives and employee success.
Responsibilities
- Handles all HR matters: recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leave management, employee relations, leadership development, training, administrative tasks, payroll/timekeeping support, etc.
- Play a key role with local management to assist in management initiatives.
- Provide management with ongoing consultation on performance management tools and solutions.
- Ensure that difficult/sensitive issues are handled in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Ensure effective communications for assigned location.
- Understand the talent needs of the business & develop plans to identify, acquire and develop the next generation of leaders.
- Understand and begin to utilize critical HR metrics to diagnose and address challenges to the business and manage day to day issues.
- Interact effectively with Global, Regional and Local Leadership Teams.
- Stays abreast of best practices in the area of Human Resources.
- Promote the Allnex culture and values.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 10 years of Human Resources and Labor Relations background within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources and Labor Relations Management.
- Strong communication skills, facilitation skills and influencing skills.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office, HRIS (SAP-SuccessFactors) and Payroll systems (ADP).
