Job Description: Agent Changes Coordinator
Pay Rate: $15–$17/hour

Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Agent Changes Coordinator to support the accurate and timely processing of agent change requests. This role is responsible for reviewing documentation, updating systems of record, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. The Agent Changes Coordinator will work cross‑functionally with Service, Onboarding, Sales Consultants, Licensing, and Commissions teams to ensure changes are communicated and implemented correctly. This is a fully remote, 6‑month contract opportunity ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and experience in administrative or operations‑focused roles.
Key Responsibilities
Production / Customer Service (80%)
- Review and process agent change requests to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Verify required documentation and follow up to obtain missing or incomplete information
- Update multiple systems of record in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate approved changes to all impacted internal and external stakeholders
Relationship Management (15%)
- Respond to inquiries related to agent change requests
- Maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Assist in resolving issues or discrepancies related to agent changes
Process Improvement (5%)
- Participate in special projects as assigned
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Professional written and verbal communication skills
