Job Roles at Apex Underground Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Apex Underground Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles aligned with H-2B eligibility
Apex Underground sponsors H-2B visas, which cover temporary nonagricultural workers. Focus your application on skilled trade, labor, or field operations roles where seasonal or project-based demand makes temporary foreign worker sponsorship a natural fit.
Understand the H-2B timeline before you apply
H-2B sponsorship involves DOL certification and USCIS approval before a start date is confirmed. Reach out to Apex Underground early and ask about their next hiring cycle so you can align your availability with their filing schedule.
Emphasize hands-on construction experience in your application
Apex Underground operates in underground construction, where technical field skills matter most. Highlight certifications, equipment experience, and project history relevant to excavation, utilities, or civil construction to stand out as a sponsorable candidate.
Ask explicitly about temporary vs. returning worker status
H-2B has a returning worker provision that can improve approval odds. If you've previously worked in the U.S. on an H-2B, make sure Apex Underground's HR team knows, as it may affect how they prioritize your application.
Search for verified sponsoring employers before cold applying
Not every construction company sponsors visas consistently. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your effort on companies like Apex Underground with a demonstrated track record.
Be ready to confirm your home country and consulate location
H-2B visa processing requires consular approval in your home country. Apex Underground will need this information early in the hiring process, so have your passport details and nearest U.S. consulate information ready before your first interview.

Does Apex Underground sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Apex Underground does not have a known history of sponsoring H-1B visas. Their sponsorship activity is focused on H-2B visas for temporary workers in the construction sector. If you require H-1B sponsorship, this may not be the right fit, and it's worth exploring other employers through Migrate Mate who actively sponsor that visa type.
What visa types does Apex Underground sponsor?
Apex Underground sponsors H-2B visas, which are designed for temporary, nonagricultural workers in industries like construction. This visa type is project- or season-driven, making it well suited to the cyclical nature of underground construction work. There is no current evidence of sponsorship for H-1B, Green Card, or other employment-based visa categories.
What types of roles does Apex Underground typically sponsor?
Sponsorship at Apex Underground is concentrated in field and trade roles tied to underground construction work, such as excavation, utility installation, and civil infrastructure. These are hands-on positions that benefit from temporary foreign worker programs when domestic labor is limited. Office or corporate roles are unlikely to be covered under H-2B sponsorship.
How do I apply for a sponsored role at Apex Underground?
Start by identifying open roles aligned with H-2B eligibility, then apply directly through Apex Underground's hiring process. Because H-2B requires DOL and USCIS approval before you can start work, expect a longer lead time than a standard hire. Contact their HR team early to confirm whether they're in an active filing cycle and what documentation they'll need from you.
How do I find other construction companies that sponsor visas like Apex Underground?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find verified visa-sponsoring employers in construction and related industries. Rather than manually researching each company's filing history, you can filter by industry, visa type, and sponsorship activity to surface employers with a genuine track record. This saves significant time and helps you prioritize applications to companies most likely to sponsor.
