Target engineering and technical roles first
Arista Networks' sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical disciplines, software engineering, hardware, and networking. If your background is in these areas, you're pursuing the roles most aligned with where Arista has an active sponsorship track record.
Understand Arista's H-1B and Green Card pipeline
Arista sponsors both H-1B visas and Green Cards, which matters if you're planning long-term U.S. residency. Look for roles where the employer has historically supported both stages, not just initial work authorization.
F-1 OPT and CPT applicants have a real path here
Arista Networks sponsors F-1 OPT and CPT, making it a viable early-career option for international students. If you're finishing a STEM degree and need employer authorization to work, Arista has demonstrated willingness to support this transition.
Use Migrate Mate to confirm sponsorship before applying
Arista Networks' sponsorship history is verified and searchable on Migrate Mate. Filter by visa type and role to find active openings where sponsorship is confirmed, so you're not guessing based on a job description that doesn't mention it.
Canadian and Mexican applicants should explore TN eligibility
Arista sponsors TN visas, which is especially relevant for Canadian and Mexican nationals in engineering and technology roles. TN is faster and simpler than H-1B for qualifying occupations, worth exploring before defaulting to the H-1B route.
Align your application to Arista's product areas
Arista is known for cloud networking, EOS software, and data center infrastructure. Candidates who can speak specifically to networking protocols, distributed systems, or cloud architecture are targeting the skill sets Arista actively hires and sponsors for.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Arista Networks sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Arista Networks sponsors H-1B visas and is one of the more active sponsors in the enterprise networking and Technology & Software space. Sponsorship is most common in software engineering, hardware development, and networking roles. If you're on OPT and targeting Arista, the H-1B is the most likely long-term path your employer would support.
Which visa types does Arista Networks sponsor?
Arista Networks sponsors H-1B, TN visa, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 categories. This range makes Arista a strong option whether you're an international student needing early-career work authorization, a skilled worker seeking H-1B sponsorship, or a professional planning a long-term Green Card path.
What departments or roles at Arista Networks typically receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Arista Networks is concentrated in technical functions, software engineering, network engineering, hardware engineering, and related R&D disciplines. Arista's core product is its cloud networking operating system, so roles requiring expertise in networking protocols, systems software, or distributed infrastructure tend to be where most sponsored positions are found.
How do I find currently open sponsored jobs at Arista Networks?
Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, including Arista Networks. Rather than sifting through job postings that may or may not offer sponsorship, Migrate Mate lets you browse active roles at Arista filtered specifically by visa type, saving time and removing the guesswork from your job search.
How do I approach the application timeline when targeting H-1B sponsorship at Arista Networks?
The H-1B cap lottery runs once a year, with registration typically opening in March for an October 1 start date. If you're on OPT, aim to have an offer and begin the sponsorship process well before the March registration window. Arista's established sponsorship infrastructure means the process is familiar to their HR and legal teams, reducing friction on the employer side.
