Frame your credentials around FAA-adjacent operations
Atlantic Aviation's customer service roles often require familiarity with ground handling, FBO protocols, or airport operations. Highlighting any aviation, logistics, or transportation-related coursework or certifications on your resume signals immediate relevance to their hiring managers.
Target FBO locations with high charter activity
Atlantic Aviation operates fixed-base operator locations across major U.S. airports. Sites serving heavy charter and private aviation traffic tend to have more open customer-facing roles, which translates to more active sponsorship needs for qualified candidates.
Start your OPT application before your final semester ends
USCIS recommends filing your OPT EAD application up to 90 days before your program end date. For a customer service role with a firm start date, late filing puts the offer at risk, so align your F-1 OPT timeline with Atlantic Aviation's onboarding calendar.
Confirm the role qualifies before accepting an H-1B offer
H-1B eligibility requires the position to be a specialty occupation needing a bachelor's degree in a specific field. Customer service roles in aviation can qualify when they involve operations management or technical coordination, but verify the job description with your immigration attorney before signing.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open Atlantic Aviation roles by visa type
Searching for sponsoring employers manually across aviation job boards is slow and unreliable. Migrate Mate lets you filter Customer Service openings at Atlantic Aviation by visa type, so you can match your current status to roles the company is actively sponsoring.
Understand PERM timing if you're targeting a Green Card
EB-2 and EB-3 green card sponsorship through Atlantic Aviation requires a PERM labor certification filed with the DOL before USCIS can process your I-140. The PERM process alone can take six months or longer, so raise the green card pathway with your employer early in negotiations.

Does Atlantic Aviation sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Service?
Yes, Atlantic Aviation has sponsored H-1B visas for roles in this function. Eligibility depends on whether the specific customer service position qualifies as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards, meaning it requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Roles involving operations coordination, client services management, or technical support functions in an aviation environment are more likely to meet that threshold than entry-level service positions.
How do I apply for Customer Service jobs at Atlantic Aviation?
You can find and apply for Customer Service openings at Atlantic Aviation through Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles filtered by visa sponsorship type so you can identify positions that match your immigration status. When applying, tailor your resume to reflect aviation operations experience, ground handling familiarity, or FBO client services, since those signals carry weight in Atlantic Aviation's screening process.
Which visa types does Atlantic Aviation commonly use for Customer Service roles?
Atlantic Aviation sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, and employment-based Green Cards including EB-2 and EB-3 for this function. F-1 OPT and CPT are common entry points for international students in customer-facing roles, while H-1B and PERM-based green card pathways apply to more senior or specialized positions requiring a specific degree background.
What qualifications does Atlantic Aviation expect for Customer Service roles?
Atlantic Aviation typically looks for candidates with experience in aviation, ground transportation, or high-volume client services environments. Familiarity with FBO operations, airport coordination, or logistics workflows is a practical advantage. For visa-sponsored roles, a bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, operations management, or a related field strengthens both the job application and the sponsoring employer's H-1B or green card petition with USCIS.
How do I plan my timeline if Atlantic Aviation is sponsoring my visa?
Timeline depends on which visa applies to you. For F-1 OPT, file your EAD application up to 90 days before your program end date to avoid gaps. For H-1B, cap-subject petitions must be filed in April for an October 1 start, so offers need to be in place well before that window. TN status for Canadian and Mexican nationals can be processed at the port of entry with same-day results, making it a faster path for eligible applicants.
