Tailor your resume to FBO operations
Atlantic Aviation runs fixed-base operator locations, so customer-facing experience in aviation, ground handling, or travel logistics carries more weight than generic support roles. Highlight any familiarity with aircraft services, fuel coordination, or high-value client management before you apply.
Target locations with active hiring momentum
Atlantic Aviation operates dozens of FBO locations across the U.S. Customer Support openings are not evenly distributed. Search open roles by location and prioritize sites with multiple active listings, which signal the staffing capacity to support a sponsored hire.
Prepare documentation that proves specialty occupation
USCIS scrutinizes H-1B petitions for Customer Support roles closely. Gather evidence that your position requires a specific bachelor's degree, such as aviation management, communications, or business. Generic support experience without degree alignment is the most common reason these petitions receive a Request for Evidence.
Time your application around H-1B cap deadlines
If you need cap-subject H-1B sponsorship, Atlantic Aviation must file your petition by the April 1 deadline for an October 1 start. Plan to have an offer and complete your I-129 paperwork at least eight weeks before USCIS opens registration in March.
Find Atlantic Aviation openings through Migrate Mate
Filter Customer Support roles by visa type directly in Migrate Mate to surface Atlantic Aviation positions that match your sponsorship situation. This saves time you'd otherwise spend screening out employers with no sponsorship history for this function.

Find Customer Support at Atlantic Aviation JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Atlantic Aviation sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Support roles?
Yes, Atlantic Aviation sponsors H-1B visas for Customer Support positions. Because these roles can face USCIS scrutiny over specialty occupation status, the strongest applications pair a directly relevant degree with demonstrated experience in aviation services or high-touch client operations. Roles tied to technical or operational functions within FBO environments tend to support a cleaner H-1B case.
How do I apply for Customer Support jobs at Atlantic Aviation?
You can find open Customer Support roles on Atlantic Aviation's careers page or through Migrate Mate, which filters listings by visa sponsorship type. Before applying, review the job description carefully to confirm the role is listed as visa-sponsorship eligible. Tailor your application to reflect familiarity with aviation operations, client service in travel or logistics environments, or FBO-specific workflows.
Which visa types does Atlantic Aviation commonly use for Customer Support hires?
Atlantic Aviation sponsors H-1B, EB-2, EB-3, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas for this function. F-1 OPT and CPT are common entry points for recent graduates, while H-1B and the employment-based Green Card categories are used for longer-term placements. TN sponsorship is available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories.
What qualifications does Atlantic Aviation expect for Customer Support positions?
Atlantic Aviation typically looks for candidates with experience in client-facing roles within aviation, transportation, or logistics. A bachelor's degree in business, communications, aviation management, or a related field strengthens both your candidacy and any future visa petition. Familiarity with flight operations terminology, charter service, or fuel and ground handling workflows gives you a meaningful edge over applicants from unrelated industries.
How long does the sponsorship process take for a Customer Support role at Atlantic Aviation?
For F-1 OPT, you can start working as soon as your Employment Authorization Document is approved, which typically takes two to three months after USCIS receives your application. H-1B processing runs three to six months under standard service, or two to three weeks with premium processing. Green Card sponsorship through PERM and an I-140 petition generally takes one to three years depending on your priority date and country of birth.
