Target technical and engineering roles
Braun Intertec's consulting work in geotechnical, environmental, and materials engineering drives most of its international hiring. Focus your applications on roles where specialized technical degrees directly align with project-based consulting work.
Understand which visa types they support
Braun Intertec has sponsored H-1B visas, Green Cards, and OPT and CPT for F-1 students. If you're on OPT or CPT, you're well-positioned to start a relationship early before pursuing longer-term sponsorship options.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified openings
Browsing general job boards makes it hard to know who actually sponsors. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find Braun Intertec openings with confidence.
Emphasize specialized credentials in your application
Consulting firms like Braun Intertec value licensure, advanced degrees, and field-specific expertise. Highlighting a PE license, relevant certifications, or graduate-level credentials in environmental or geotechnical fields strengthens your sponsorship case.
Plan around the H-1B cap timeline
H-1B sponsorship at Braun Intertec is subject to the annual cap and lottery. Start conversations with recruiters well before October, ideally in January or February, so the employer can file a registration before the March deadline.
Canadian and Mexican nationals should ask about TN
Braun Intertec has sponsored TN visas, which don't require a lottery and can be processed quickly. If you're a Canadian or Mexican national in an engineering or scientific role, TN may be the fastest path to starting work.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Braun Intertec sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Braun Intertec sponsors H-1B visas. The company has a track record of supporting H-1B petitions primarily for technical and consulting roles in engineering and environmental sciences. Because H-1B sponsorship is subject to the annual cap and lottery, it's worth connecting with their recruiting team early in the calendar year to ensure timing aligns.
What types of visas does Braun Intertec sponsor?
Braun Intertec sponsors a range of visa types including H-1B, Green Card pathways such as EB-2 and EB-3, F-1 OPT and CPT for students, TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals, and J-1 visas. The mix reflects a consulting firm that hires across experience levels, from early-career students to experienced engineers seeking permanent residence.
Which roles or departments at Braun Intertec are most likely to offer visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Braun Intertec is most common in technical disciplines, particularly geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, construction materials testing, and related sciences. These roles require specialized degrees and skills that align with H-1B specialty occupation standards. Corporate and administrative roles are far less likely to involve sponsorship.
How do I find open jobs at Braun Intertec that offer visa sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is to use Migrate Mate, which tracks verified sponsorship history and surfaces current openings at companies like Braun Intertec. This saves time compared to sorting through listings with no indication of sponsorship willingness. Filter by visa type and industry to find roles that match your background and immigration situation.
How do I approach the application process at Braun Intertec as a visa-sponsored candidate?
Apply directly through Braun Intertec's careers page and be transparent about your visa situation early. For H-1B candidates, timing matters significantly, since petitions must be filed months before an October start date. OPT and CPT holders should highlight authorization end dates upfront so the hiring team can plan accordingly. Coming prepared with knowledge of your visa type and timeline builds credibility with recruiters at consulting firms.
