Job Title: Adjunct Teaching - Civil & Construction Engineering - CFM 312: Construction Scheduling and Cost Control

Position Start Date: September 2, 2026
Required Degree:
Master's degree (or PhD) in Construction Management or a related field required. The required degree must be completed by the start date.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of professional construction management experience.
Duties/Expectations:
Teach CFM 312 - Construction Scheduling and Cost Control (Fall 2026). Class held in person, Monday & Wednesday 9:30 - 10:45 AM
- Instruct students in person during designated class times
- Provide office consultations and student mentoring (approximately 2 hrs per week)
- Prepare course materials (lectures, homework, projects)
- Evaluate student work
- Write and administer exams
Adjunct faculty do not attend faculty meetings and are not required to participate in research or citizenship responsibilities.
