How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Brunswick Group Visa Sponsorship USA
Target communications and advisory roles
Brunswick Group's sponsorship activity centers on its core advisory and communications work. Focus your search on analyst, associate, and consultant roles where specialized communications expertise is valued, these are the positions most likely to support visa sponsorship.
Understand the specialty occupation framing
Brunswick operates in a field where H-1B approval depends on demonstrating that a specific degree is required for the role. Highlight how your academic background directly maps to strategic communications, public affairs, or corporate advisory work when applying.
Canadian professionals should consider the TN route
Brunswick sponsors TN visas, giving Canadian nationals in qualifying roles like management consultants or economists a faster, lottery-free path. If you're Canadian, confirming TN eligibility for your specific role can significantly streamline the sponsorship process.
Apply well ahead of the H-1B lottery window
Brunswick's H-1B sponsorship is tied to the annual lottery cycle. Targeting roles in the fall and winter hiring season gives you the best chance of securing an offer in time for an April registration, which is critical for October start dates.
Use Migrate Mate to verify sponsorship history before applying
Not every advisory firm sponsors visas consistently. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and confirm Brunswick Group's track record before investing time in your application.

Sponsorship at Brunswick Group is most likely tied to its core business: strategic communications, corporate advisory, public affairs, and financial communications.
