- Uncommon - The status quo stinks so we had to go out and build something better. We know the healthcare system. It isn't working for members, employers, and providers. So we're building it from scratch, from the ground up. Our focus is on making things better for them while also improving clinical results - which is bold and uncommon.
- Positive – We care about each other. It takes energy to do hard stuff, build something better and to be resilient and unconventional while doing it. Because of that, we make sure we give kudos freely and feedback with care. When our tank gets low, a team member is there to be a source of new energy. We celebrate together. We are supportive, generous, humble, and positive.

Job Roles at Centivo Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Centivo Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles aligned with Green Card sponsorship
Centivo's sponsorship activity has centered on permanent residence pathways rather than temporary work visas. Focus your application on technical, analytical, or specialized roles where long-term retention matters most to a growing health plan company.
Understand Centivo's stage as a growth-stage company
Centivo operates as a scaling health benefits disruptor, meaning hiring is often deliberate and tied to core business needs. Emphasize how your specialized skills directly support their mission of making quality healthcare affordable for employers.
Highlight insurance or health tech experience prominently
Centivo competes in a specialized niche within insurance. Candidates with backgrounds in health plan administration, value-based care, employer benefits, or healthcare data analytics are more likely to clear initial screening for sponsored roles.
Search for Centivo openings through verified sponsorship platforms
Not all job listings disclose sponsorship eligibility upfront. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, saving time by focusing only on employers with a confirmed track record of supporting work authorization.
Prepare for a thorough interview process focused on mission fit
Centivo differentiates itself on culture and mission in a traditional industry. Interview preparation should include understanding their primary care navigation model and how your role contributes to reducing costs for self-insured employers and their employees.
Be ready to discuss long-term commitment early
Because Centivo's sponsorship leans toward permanent residence, hiring managers may gauge your intent to stay. Clearly communicating your long-term career goals in health insurance and your commitment to contributing beyond the initial role strengthens your candidacy.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Centivo sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Centivo's visa activity has focused on Green Card sponsorship rather than H-1B petitions. If you currently hold H-1B status with another employer, transferring to Centivo may be possible, but prospective candidates should confirm directly with Centivo's HR team whether new H-1B filings are supported.
What visa types does Centivo sponsor?
Centivo's documented sponsorship activity covers employment-based Green Card categories, specifically EB-2 and EB-3. These pathways support permanent residence for workers in professional and skilled occupations. Candidates seeking temporary work visa sponsorship should clarify availability with Centivo directly, as their sponsorship profile is oriented toward long-term employment rather than short-term status changes.
Which departments or roles at Centivo are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Given Centivo's positioning as a health plan technology company, sponsored roles tend to align with areas requiring specialized expertise, such as data analytics, software engineering, clinical operations, and actuarial or benefits consulting. Roles critical to scaling their employer-focused health plan model are where long-term sponsorship investment is most justified from a business standpoint.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Centivo?
The most reliable approach is to search specifically for Centivo on Migrate Mate, which aggregates and verifies employer sponsorship histories so you can confirm a company's track record before applying. This saves significant time compared to sifting through general job boards where sponsorship eligibility is rarely disclosed upfront in listings.
How do I approach the application timeline if I need Green Card sponsorship at Centivo?
Green Card sponsorship typically begins after you've joined a company and demonstrated performance, often after one or more years of employment. For EB-2 and EB-3 categories, the PERM labor certification process alone can take a year or more. Raise the topic during late-stage interviews rather than initial screening, and ask directly about the company's established process for initiating sponsorship for eligible employees.
